S-index

Sulphur (S) is an essential nutritional element for grass. In the spring, if the S delivery has not yet begun in the soil and the slurry which has been spread, the grass is entirely dependent on artificial fertiliser for its sulphur provision. The S-index on the feed value report shows whether the sulphur provision has been sufficient. Information which you can take into account for the next growing season.
