Change email addresses, invoices and reports

At Eurofins Agro, our goal is to provide customers with accurate, reliable results and documentation as quickly as possible. That’s why we continuously invest in improving our internal processes and innovating from sample collection to laboratory analysis. One of our key projects is modernizing our software infrastructure. A dedicated project team has been established to develop and implement this initiative.

Recently, we have achieved the first milestones related to sample registration, analysis, reporting, and invoicing for a specific group of tests. These tests include:

- Mineral wool slabs complete (740)
Mineral wool blocks complete (471)
Aerobic count mineral wool (472)
Disinfector Check (only lab results) (709)
- Hygiene Check swabs (only lab results) (712)
PlantDoctor Trichoderma colony count (776)
GlobalGAP water microbiological (740)
GlobalGAP water E. coli (no surface water) (741)

You have previously requested one of these tests. As of May 12, these analyses will be processed using the new system. This means that you will:

1. Receive a digital confirmation of receipt once your sample has been scanned at our laboratory in Wageningen. This allows you to know when your sample has been received and is being processed. You can see an example here > 

2. Receive a report with a new layout, designed to present information more clearly and in a more structured format. You can see an example here >

3. Receive an invoice with a new layout, simplifying your administrative processin. You can see an example here >

The reports, invoices, and confirmation emails will be sent from new email addresses. We recommend adding these addresses to your list of trusted senders to ensure our correspondence does not end up in your spam folder. The email addresses are:

Report: Report-Agro-NL@ftbnl.eurofins.com
Invoice: Invoice-Agro-NL@ftbnl.eurofins.com
Receipt: Receipt-Agro-NL@ftbnl.eurofins.com

With the implementation of the new system, our research and administrative processes will become more robust, faster, and more accurate—benefiting you as a customer of Eurofins Agro. These new systems will be introduced step by step per method, which means that for a certain period, you may receive both the old and the new types of reports and invoices.

We remain committed to making further improvements and will keep you informed about future developments. We also ask that you check your customer information on the new documents and report any discrepancies.
