Soil sent from outside the EU or Canary Islands needs a permit from the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
Water sent from outside the EU or Canary Islands does not need a permit, but make sure to send it correctly.
Crop samples containing soil are treated as soil and need a permit. Some countries require a phytosanitary certificate for export. Check here if your material is permitted.
